About Us

Xiamen Zhongxinsheng Spring Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is a professional spring manufacturer. Through years of development, the company now owns 96staff (including 25 engineering technicians, and 16 quality control staff), and an annual output of 600million PCS. To satisfy our clients and our own development, we set up a branch in Hangzhou in 2005. Besides, we introduced spring forming machines of pressure, pull, torque and others, including 60 CNC automatic spring forming machines, 18 computer compressing machines, 7computer tension machines, 2 torsion machines (able to produce models of spring from 0.1mm to 5.0mm), and 2 mesh-belt continuous tempering furnaces. Our products are widely applied to physical apparatus, stationery, switch, deck, remote controller, compressor, walkman, camera, TV set, DVD, refrigerator, motorcycle, automobile, 3C and IA appliance, etc.

In terms of quality control, we have advanced inspection devices, including projector, pull/stress tester, salt-fog tester, etc. We introduce quality materials from Japan, Korea, Belgium, Sweden, and have exquisite technology and technicians. The standard operation, certifications of ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 efficiently controls the cost and promotes the productivity.
